Property Taxes:
Effective from January 1, 2024, there will be a moderate increase in property tax rates to ensure continued funding for essential services such as education, public safety, and maintenance of local facilities. The new rates have been carefully reviewed and approved by the City Co, taking into consideration the current economic climate and the Sabha’s financial requirements.
